One of the most important things in our industry is proper data management and data handling. REM is constantly developing new solutions that will assist in the management of data with specific reference to valuations. Data systems are inter-linked with GIS platforms to enable visual overviews which allows for an improved overview of a specific node on a micro level (specifically pertaining to property valuations). Historic and recent sales data are thus readily available, allowing for the development of market trends and reports.
Embracing new technology in all forms, making use of electronic inspection such as drone imagery knitted onto a GIS platform enables up to date aerial images, specifically useful in mass- and agricultural valuations.

REM was a conglomeration of ideas that manifested into reality in 2016. The team consists of dynamic, young and vibrant professionals who are dedicated and committed to deliver the highest quality and level of services, as well as value to every client. The Directors have experience in all sectors of real estate valuations, with more than 30 years of experience.
They are well versed in GIS platforms and spatial data analysis and orientation and also well-known for their diligent market research, statistical analysis and reporting.
The directors of REM have a vast amount of knowledge and experience, specifically pertaining to valuations, with most of the projects focusing on valuations for financial institutions and municipal purposes, as well as valuations in the private sector. REM also consults for various clients in the broader real estate sector, which includes investment, managements and rates-and-taxes monitoring.
